Joseph Gleason

Joseph Gleason graduated from UCSB in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Cell and Developmental Biology. He attended California Western School of Law in San Diego and then graduated with a Juris Doctor from Southern California Institute of Law in Santa Barbara in 2005. After law school, Joseph began working in the Clinical Development Department for Johnson and Johnson. He worked on many clinical trials in an effort to acquire FDA approval for several types of medical devices and biologics. Joseph later applied his legal background while working in many different fields including Transportation Logistics, Security, and even as a policy writer for the County of Santa Barbara.

Joseph was brought on by Morales Law, P.C. and currently works under the guidance of a Certified Specialist to resolve matters and find solutions to complicated family law issues. He is steadfast as an advocate and works tirelessly in search for solutions and outcomes that are most favorable to his clients.

Joseph has a reputation of high integrity and always strives to put his clients interests first. He has proven experience negotiating terms for complex agreements, analyzing complex circumstances with multiple or conflicting interests and finding compromise through negotiation when possible and necessary in achieving the best case solution for those he represents.
